My family is so lucky to have worked with Randy on two separate wonderful trips. We travelled with 10 members our family ranging in ages from 4-75! Our first incredible vacation was a 75th birthday celebration over Spring Break 2019 to the Royalton Rivera Cancun Resort and Spa all inclusive. We were wowed by every detail, from flights, to transportation, to accommodations....a perfect and memorable celebration from beginning to end! I even think Randy sprinkled her magic to have 5 gorgeous sunny days! Our second adventure was to Club Med Sandpiper at the height of COVID to celebrate a momentous 50th Wedding Anniversary. I did not know Randy Stern when I reached out to her frantic that I would not find a hotel in Kyoto that met my family’s needs and expectations. She met and far exceeded our expectations with a hotel close to the train station, restaurants, shops, the Geisha District, with a restaurant that was free and open from early till late to feed a hungry son ( a mother herself, she knows how to make everyone happy) and then surprised us with a performance by a geisha! Randy acted like we were her own family always responding immediately to questions and researching to make other excellent recommendations. My husband and I highly recommend Randy for any trip be it by plane, car or cruise ship. She takes her job personally and does the work needed and more!

"Stern Travel Group is an excellent agency to help you find your next vacation. We contacted Randy a few months prior to our wedding with an idea of what we wanted to do for our honeymoon, and where we wanted to go. That's when she booked us the most unforgettable trip of a lifetime. Randy wrote up a detailed itinerary for us with all our tours and pick-up times for our transfers from airport, to hotel, etc. We started in Rome and then embarked on the MSC Grandiosa, after 7 days of cruising we jumped on a train to Venice to end our trip. She worked within our budget and gave recommendations on tours and experiences throughout the cities. I can sit here and rave all day about the tours we took enjoying everything Italy had to offer. We jammed packed our days with adventure to get the most out of our trip for the amount of time we had... Our tours in Rome included exploring the Colosseum, Vatican & Sistine Chapel. Tours on the cruise ship included sightseeing Palermo and taste of Sicily, bike tour of Malta, Circque Du Soleil, Barcelona bus tour, Marseille walking tour, Genoa Aquarium. Venice tours included St. Mark's Basilica & Dodge's Palace, and a cooking class with a private chef. Out of all the tours we took I would have to say the most memorable was cooking at the chef's home, we made eggplant parmesan, spaghetti and tiramisu all from scratch. We could not have asked for a more perfect trip, including the 10 extra pounds we came back with! At the end of 2020, we decided to take another vacation to get away from the pandemic situation, so we contacted Randy again to find somewhere to go. She gave us many different options and we decided to go to Las Vegas because it was within our budget. She found this wonderful horse back riding tour in the middle of Red Rock Canyon which was AMAZING, this tour ended with a BBQ meal made by the local cook. She booked our flight, hotel and car rental so the transition was all very easy. We love renting a car in Vegas because the nice views are not that far of a drive. We explored Lake Mead (which cannot be done in a day or a few days for that matter), we saw the 7 Magic Mountains, we took a hike to the Hoover Dam and actually came across a pack of Rams! Considering we traveled during Covid-19 everything went smoothly and we truly enjoyed every minute of our trip! We are already looking forward to planning the next one. Thank you Randy!"
Thank you for coordinating a wonderful vacation for our family. We had a great time and were greatly impressed by the organization of everything. We loved the hotel and how it was centrally located to everything in the area. The renovations turned out fantastic and the service was superb. The Luau and Grand Circle tour were also fantastic. Today was awesome! Thank you Randy for this magnificent blessing of being able to visit the Vatican City. It was very hectic but worth every cent of the cost, and every ounce of energy. An experience we will never forget! This tour certainly put the icing on the cake. To make matters even better, we were escorted by our personal guide and skipped all the lines necessary. What a trip! You really made our vacation to Madrid and Greece special. Each hotel we stayed in was better than the next! The transfers you booked were reliable and professional.
